Freediving seems pretty extreme, what if i can’t do it?
Ok, Freediving is not an extreme sport, it is an incredibly relaxing activity mixing the physical with the mental. The aim of our retreats is to introduce you to a new way to look at what you are capable of and Freediving is one of the ways we do this. Gary, our Freediving instructor has 10 years experience competing and teaching hundreds of students internationally, so you are in really good hands.
