I'm Lynne Paddon,
Yoga Teacher & Co-founder of Yoga & Freedive Retreats.

Originally from Scotland, I followed the sun and found a lifestyle that I love, teaching yoga and exploring new places while living in Spain, Indonesia & Egypt. Alongside my partner Gary, UK No.1 freediving athlete and coach - I've built a life around doing what we love, sharing yoga and freediving and combining them together in our own unique, and exciting way.

My personal yoga practice is the foundation of my own mental and physical health, and with over 16 years of teaching dynamic & restorative yoga, specialising in deep tissue massage therapy, and leading retreat experiences, I have developed a deep fascination with the brain - particularly how neuroscience can be used as a tool to navigate challenges and manage stress more effectively.

Through mental training & nervous system regulation methods, we can apply neuroscience to yoga & freediving - sharpening focus, building resilience, and deepening our abilities in each discipline.  At the same time - these practices actively shape the brain, influencing how we think, feel and respond to stress in daily life.

On a Yoga & Freedive Retreat, I teach you simple, but powerful techniques that will help you to reach new levels of awareness, confidence, and relaxation - both in the water and on land.

I can't wait to share this with you!

YOGA

Lynne's retreat yoga sessions give mental, physical and emotional relief to busy, tense, and overworked brains and bodies, whilst providing actionable tools and valuable insights for building strength, both inside and out. Lynne combines her studies and experience of yoga, breath work, meditation, massage and neuroscience. Daily sessions are tailored around the freediving movements of the group each day.

Strong & sweaty, progressive practices, as well as deep, slow, & melty stretching sessions can be expected. Lynne shares with you in all of her sessions, her knowledge of the brain, and how it can be easily accessed to promote positive change. Once you understand your thoughts, feelings and actions more, we then begin to recognise our deeply ingrained habits and can start to create some new, positive and healthy ones.

Deep relaxation is a state that is so healing for us, and quite frankly, unknown to many people in these modern times that we live in.  We just don't know how to access it and apply it to our lives, we will show you how.
