Most of our guests that join a Yoga and Freedive Retreat are looking for something a bit more unique than their usual getaway.
We stay in a luxury private villa on one of the most stunning islands in the world - Ibiza, the nature here is mind-blowing! We have our own private chef who caters for our tastes buds with fresh, delicious Mediterranean flavours.
Learn to hold your breath & freedive with elite athlete & world class coach Gary McGrath, we know you will be amazed when you realise what you can already do, you have just never been shown how!
Lynne combines neuroscience with yoga, breath work, meditations, & visualisation sessions, helping you to develop mental practices and relaxation skills. By the end of the week you will have some seriously effective tools for managing stress levels and facing challenges in every day life.

We are Gary McGrath & Lynne Paddon, we both have nearly 20 years of experience in our own unique skill sets, having worked in London, Ibiza, Indonesia, and Dahab (Egypt) over these years.

Gary is a world-class freediving athlete & coach, and is 3 X UK National Record Holder!
Lynne is a teacher of movement with body awareness, breath, and nervous system management.
We love teaching what we actually live, and to see the transformations of people in real time is why we keep sharing these 3 systems of self regulation; Freediving, Yoga, & Mental Training.
